About the Role

cmr is partnering with a growing allied health provider seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Melbourne team on a permanent full-time basis.

This opportunity is ideal for a confident and independent clinician who enjoys working autonomously and building strong relationships with clients within the community. You will step into a role with an established referral pipeline and a mixed caseload across paediatric and adult populations, with a large proportion of referrals currently within community and aged-related settings.

This position offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload while being supported by a wider multidisciplinary team.

Skills & Experience

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience working with NDIS participants and Home Care Package clients
• Strong ability to work independently and confidently manage your own caseload
• Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) independently
• Experience completing home modifications and environmental assessments including measurements
• Strong report writing skills and experience preparing recommendations for funding bodies
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Caseload

You will be responsible for:

• Mixed paediatric and adult caseload
• Majority adult and community-based referrals (approximately 60%+)
• Functional assessments and reporting
• Home modifications and environmental assessments
• Community and home visits across Melbourne and surrounding areas
• Travel of up to approximately 60 minutes from Melbourne CBD as required

• $80,000–$110,000 + super depending on experience
