Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within the largest direct provider of conveyancing in England and Wales?

Are you looking to start out your career as an administrator in a conveyancing environment?

Have you got experience of working within a fast paced, customer focused environment?

My client are looking for a Legal Administrator to be based in their remortgage department and take charge of a large caseload of remortgage application liaising, borrowers and external institutions. You will work towards the achievement of monthly completions targets whilst maintaining the existing high quality standards.

As well as offering a competitive salary of £16,500 my client also offer an excellent benefits package, including but not limited to; 25 days holiday + 8 days public holiday as standard, a paid days leave on your birthday, additional opportunities to trade holidays, childcare vouchers and dress down Fridays. When targets are hit the client offer an early finish and also throw a ‘free drinks social event’, held on the last Friday of each month.

To be a part of this amazing team you will ensure that all inbound and outbound correspondence, telephone calls, faxes and emails are actioned to agreed service standards and to a highly professional level. Whilst doing so you will be required to identify and take ownership of potential problems, reporting these to your Team Leader. You will also be responsible for correctly interpreting redemption statements and search results as well as taking charge of Draft Transfer of Equity and Deeds of Postponement.

To apply for this role it is essential you have previous administrative/ customer service/ conveyancing experience along with GCSE grade C+, or equivalent, in both Maths and English. As an ideal candidate you will have;

• A good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets whilst working under pressure.
