Customer Service Supervisor (CUSTSERVSUP) Nottingham, England

Salary: GBP20000 - GBP26000 per annum

I am actively recruiting to a Customer Service Supervisor role with a global supplier to engineering industry. The role is working at my client’s site in Nottingham and is offered on a permanent basis with fanatic progression opportunities available. The role comes with a basic salary of 26k with OTE up to 29k per annum. My client are looking to interview immediately and can offer an immediate start for the right candidate.  

The role will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team and Implementing Customer Service Excellence across the department. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer service support for customers across the Automotive Aftermarket division
  • Improving department processes & supervising the Customer Service Team
  • Processing customer orders using internal systems, dealing with customer queries over the phone and by email
  • Managing after sales service and promoting products and services to support and grow the Aftermarket business

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service supervisor or management role
  • Experience in a telephone based role involving dealing with customer queries
  • Drive, energy and desire to progress career (interest or knowledge of the Automotive sector ideal)
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
