Full Time - Part Time - Casual
We are an established national business running unique and distinctive brands such as Bar Pulpo by Movida, Café Vue, Brasserie Bread, Urban Provodore and St. Ali.
You will be a suitably experienced Chef with a demonstrated ability to drive success and achieve required results in autonomous situations.
Requirements for the role:
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery and/or previous suitable kitchen experience
• Experience in breakfast, lunch and dinner cuisines – Airports are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week 365 days a year
• Ability to inspire other staff members and push them to their full potential
• Ability to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills
• Knowledge of food, hygiene and safety systems and protocols
• Be accountable for outcomes of day to day kitchen operation
