Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking to drive and influence change, and make a positive impact across a large organisation?
The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide high level strategic advice, support and guidance to key stakeholders in the organisation on industrial relations and human resource management issues, policies and procedures in line with strategic organisational goals and outcomes.
The Employee Relations Specialist will focus on implementing high level strategies on workplace change initiatives and projects in partnership with the organisation and build positive working relationships with leaders and union representatives to support consultation and positive organisational change. In addition, the role will also lead negotiation processes for review of the Enterprise Agreement and manage its implementation.
To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated extensive experience in a similar role, with high level interpersonal, communication, influencing and conflict resolution skills. In addition, you will have proven experience in being able to maintain strong working relationships with Senior Managers, employees and Union representatives.
