Your Daily Tasks

 

Credit Control Management

 

  • Assist in monitoring and managing the company's credit control processes.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices, payment terms, and account discrepancies.
  • Perform administrative credit control tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and financial transactions.

 

Accounts Receivable / Trade Debtors

 

  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Process and record customer payments and credit notes.
  • Maintain and update the accounts receivable ledger.

 

Reporting and Analysis

 

  • Generate and analyze reports on account status, aging, and collections.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on collection and account analysis.

 

The Qualifications We Seek

 

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and cloud-based accounting systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage.
  • Proactive work ethic with a willingness to support the team as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; German or French language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Adaptability to support the evolving needs of a growing business.
