What you’ll actually be doing (and why it’s interesting)

This isn’t a sit-back-and-manage role.

You’ll be right in the detail and also driving outcomes.

You’ll:

• Take ownership of BMS projects from design through to delivery
• Work on Tridium Niagara systems across large, complex sites (hospitals, multi-site portfolios)
• Coordinate subcontractors, commissioning, and delivery
• Work closely with engineering, software and leadership teams
• Be client-facing – helping shape solutions, not just deliver them

You won’t just be delivering projects.

You’ll be helping define how they’re delivered moving forward – improving processes, influencing strategy, and playing a part in scaling the business globally.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining a Melbourne-based PropTech company (Mulgrave office) that’s spent the last few years building something genuinely different.

They’re now at the point where things are accelerating:

• Scaling their platform globally across AWS
• Rolling out major BMS upgrades across healthcare portfolios
• Expanding from a small, high-performing team into something much bigger

What you’ll need

You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll likely have:

• Strong experience with BMS systems (Tridium Niagara essential)
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and building services
• Experience delivering projects (or stepping into project management)
• Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
• Good communication – you’re comfortable speaking with clients
• A hands-on mindset (you’re not above getting into the detail when needed)
