The Role You’ll Own
You’ll take the reins as the Senior Electrical Engineer for the VIC business — leading projects, managing a capable team both locally and offshore, and maintaining the quality and service standards clients already associate with the brand.
This is a role with real influence. You’ll have the freedom to make decisions, shape processes, and build lasting client relationships, backed by leadership that trusts you to run things your way.
Your focus:
- 
Lead and mentor the VIC and Manila electrical teams.
 - 
Oversee QA and provide Reg sign-off.
 - 
Drive repeat business through great client outcomes and communication.
 - 
Lead electrical design from concept through construction.
 - 
Contribute to team growth, culture, and delivery excellence.
 
What You’ll Bring
- 
Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer (CPEng or Reg NER sign-off preferred).
 - 
8+ years’ experience in building services design and delivery (and local experience is a must)
 - 
Proven leadership ability and confidence managing local and offshore teams.
 - 
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
 - 
A practical, solutions-driven approach with a focus on collaboration and quality.
