What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Leading a team delivering structural solutions from early concept through to construction

• Winning work, building client relationships, and representing the business in the market

• Collaborating with architects, developers, and contractors to push the envelope

• Mentoring the next wave of engineers and helping shape a high-performing culture

• Driving technical excellence in concrete, steel, timber, and hybrid systems

What You’ll Need

• 15+ years in consulting structural engineering

• CPEng or equivalent

• A strong track record across the full project lifecycle

• Ability to lead teams, grow business, and inspire confidence in clients

• An eye for quality and a drive to do things better
