Test Automation Lead- Remote
Automation Testing / C# / Selenium Web Driver / TDD/ BDD / CI
- Modern Office located in Liverpool, role is remote, trips to the office twice per month on average

We are a sizeable, successful Software Delivery organisation, founded and based in Liverpool, we now embrace remote first working and have an excellent team due to this. You will be joining Developers, Tester, BA, PMs and many more working on a number of fast paced large scale projects for household name clientele.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
We are looking for someone skilled with C#, confident building frameworks from scratch with Selenium Web Driver. Ideally you will have experience of working in an Agile and Continuous Integration environment, following best practices such as TDD, BDD. Any prior experience with Non-Functional testing would be advantageous but not essential. We are looking for a hands on team lead so you will need to be confident leading others, helping to upskill, and taking part in our recruitment as the team grows.
YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Automation Testing knowledge – ability to write automation frameworks in Selenium Web Driver or similar in a C# environment
- Experience of working in/running an Agile team
- Test first mentality
- Excellent communication skills
