Temporary Domestic Gas Engineer – Social Housing (London)
Up to £24 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Initial 3-month contract – potential to go permanent
Van & fuel card provided | Mobile role across London

We’re currently recruiting a Domestic Gas Engineer to join our client's team on a temporary basis, working across several social housing contracts in London (Canning Town, Brockley, and Myatt’s Field).
 Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out boiler servicing (CP12s), fault finding, and breakdown repairs in occupied residential properties
• Perform routine maintenance on gas-fired central heating and hot water systems
• Identify and rectify faults during visits where possible
• Complete CP12 certificates for compliant systems
• Replace heating and hot water components as required (e.g., control boards, pipework, radiators)

Requirements:

• In-date Domestic ACS Qualifications, including:
  • CCN1 (Core Domestic Gas Safety)
  • CPA1 (Combustion Performance Analysis)
  • CENWAT (Boilers and Water Heaters)
  • CKR1 (Cookers)
  • HTR1 (Fires and Wall Heaters)
• Full UK driving licence (manual)
• Maximum 6 points, and no driving bans in the past 5 years
• Experience working in social housing preferred
