About the opportunity

Leading a team of 4, whilst managing the custom pack process with internal & external stakeholders along with facilitating, negotiating, updating, and progressing commercial & operational sales contracts. Driving value to the business by identifying gaps, supporting sales leads and updating processes. You will have the ability to build relationships across the business, be hands on in your approach and have a commercial mindset.

Duties

• Identify opportunities and implement processes for the Custom Pack process 
• Provide commercial input for all company distribution and salesforce agreements
• Ensure all contracts systems are managed and updated
• Partner with BU heads, Salesforce, Tender Manager, IT, Quality/Regulatory, logistics, Legal & compliance
• Build relationships with customers to drive the Custom Pack and Contract process

Skills and Experience

• Health industry knowledge and experience
• Previous SAP BI & Excel is a MUST
• Developed and managed a team previously
• Worked in a similar role managing commercial contracts
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Hands on approach
