About the opportunity

Join a dedicated and professional Customer Service team. Reporting to a highly supportive team leader you will utilise your high attention to detail, ability to problem solve and build relationships with customers.

Duties

• Process incoming orders and manage consignment stock & loan kits
• Respond to calls from customers and health care professionals and assist with queries
• Provide excellent customer serviced through various communication methods
• Maintain and build relationships with customer
• Run reports and complete administration in a timely manner

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in CRM systems
• Previous experience in healthcare- medical devices preferred 
• Must have worked in a Customer Service role
• High level communicator both written and verbal
• Strong business acumen
