About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Oxygen Mask Technician to join our international Part-145 approved Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organization. This is a hands-on role focused on the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of cockpit, crew, and passenger oxygen masks. Ideally, you will have prior Certifying Staff authorization experience within a Part-145 environment.

This role is critical to the growth and stabilization of our oxygen mask shop in the Netherlands, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all work in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), ensuring the highest standards of quality, airworthiness, and Health & Safety.

  • Follow Health & Safety regulations and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

  • Carry out maintenance per the correct revision of the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) and complete the 601 Capability Check before releasing components.

  • Report any quality or safety concerns affecting airworthiness immediately.

  • Process Work Orders efficiently to meet customer expectations, prioritizing tasks and adhering to turnaround targets.

  • Contribute positively to team culture and promote a “One Team” ethos.

  • Proactively suggest improvements and take responsibility for personal development.

  • Maintain workshop organisation and act as a role model for company core values.

Requirements:

Requirement Essential Desirable
Qualifications / Education / Training Engineering Qualification Health & Safety trained
Experience 2+ years maintaining, repairing, and overhauling cockpit, crew, and passenger oxygen masks Authorization to release to airworthiness / stamp holder within a Part-145 setting; Oxygen systems experience; Technical/hands-on engineering skills
Knowledge Basic engineering knowledge; H&S understanding; Understanding of EASA Part-145 regulations
