Senior IT Support Engineer – Boston – $85-$100k Base Salary

A global investment firm is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead L2/L3 support in their Boston office. This is a hands-on role focused on escalations, mentoring junior engineers, and driving automation and process improvements while supporting senior internal stakeholders.

Your background: 

• 5+ years' IT support experience
• Experience with M365, Windows 10/11, Azure AD / Intune
• Experience Scripting (PowerShell preferred)
• Experience with AV / conference room support
• Experience with networking basics (VPN, DNS, DHCP)

The work you'll be doing:

• L2/L3 deskside + remote support
• Act as escalation point + mentor junior staff
• Own automation + process improvements
• Onboarding/offboarding, device + access setup
• Support AV, M365, and endpoint environments
• Partner with global team (London)
