Our client near Providence MA is seeking an Instructional Designer with Agile experience for a 6+ month remote contract. This is a 40 hour a week role working on redesignign and retrofitting instructional and training content. Candidates with SCORM, HTML and some mobile technology experience are a great fit.
This role pays $47/hr W2 and has health dental and vision benefits.

Job Responsibilities
*Manage multiple assigned instructional design projects (classroom and eLearning)
*Assist in formal need assessment to determine needs for retail organization and make appropriate recommendations for design of new curriculums or enhancements of current curriculums to meet needs
*Develop surveys, assessments, and evaluations methods for all curriculums to determine effectiveness
*Analyze assessments and evaluations to identify any performance gaps in training curriculums
*Make appropriate design enhancements and/or recommendations to retail training curriculums based on analysis
*Perform front-end analysis by comparing actual and ideal performance levels in the workplace; identify opportunities and strategies for performance improvement through training design and curriculums
