Job Title: Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative

Location: Carlisle

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday

Start: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join our team in Carlisle for an immediate start.

This is a varied, hands-on role that will involve not only operating a forklift but also supporting the wider warehouse and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
• Assisting within the warehouse as required
• Loading and unloading HGV vehicles
• Managing delivery paperwork and orders
• Assisting with basic administration duties
• Supporting the transport team with any duties as needed

Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence (counterbalance/reach – specify if needed)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Licences Forklift Licence - No in house certificate considered
