The Role

As a Delivery Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting deliveries and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include:

• Handling phone enquiries – assisting customers professionally and efficiently
• Managing delivery paperwork – keeping records organised while on the move
• Supporting deliveries – helping load and unload household appliances (15kg–90kg)
• Customer-facing work – ensuring a positive delivery experience in customer's homes
• General housekeeping – removing packaging and maintaining a clean workspace

Working Hours

• Start times from 7:00*am, Tuesday to Saturday
• Finish times will vary depending on daily workload
• Fully flexible availability is essential

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling / heavy lifting
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Organised and able to manage paperwork
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive
• Own transport is required due to location
