You will join a specialist multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and Psychotherapists.

Key Requirements:

• Education: GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) or Level 1/2 Functional Skills equivalent.
• Qualifications: Hold or be willing to work towards a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification.
• SEN Experience: Hands-on experience with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), non-verbal pupils, and complex medical needs.
• Personal Care: Previous experience carrying out personal care for ages 5–19.
• DBS: Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).
