We are searching for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dedicated team at an SEMH school based in Handcross.

Working Hours: 8:40-3:55 Monday - Friday

(Temp to permanent after 12 week probationary period)

Essentials:

• You must be able to do personal care for ages 5-16 years old.
• Have or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Transferable skills from care, social care, education, fostering or similar.
• A driving licence and access to a car (due to the campus' remote location).
• A trauma-informed approach to teaching and supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs. 
• Proven experience working alongside students with SEMH needs. 
• Emotional resilience and unwavering care for vulnerable children.
