What’s the role?
Duties include:

  • Direct line management of the region’s clinicians
  • Providing direction and support to Region’s administrative Support Officer
  • Responsibility for all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and termination of staff as per management approved protocols within relevant region
  • Responsible on all aspects of therapy service delivery starting at referral stage to completion of plans within service dates for NDIS and private participants
  • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality therapy service.

Is this the right role for you?
Not limited to but before you apply, we need you to have:

  • Tertiary qualification in either Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work; with relevant Australian registration
  • Experience in the areas of team leadership from a clinical perspective
  • High-level written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, develop priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
