What’s the role?
Duties include:
- Undertaking initial needs assessments
- Psychological worksite assessments
- Vocational assessments
- Identifying Return to Work barriers and strategies to overcome these
- Designing, implementing and reviewing programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
Is this the right role for you?
Not limited to but before you apply, we need you to have:
- Qualification and applicable registration in either provisional psychology or rehabilitation counselling
- An understanding of workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation is ideal
- Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
- Ability to provide high level customer service and grow client base by way of increased referrals.
