Senior Physiotherapist | Private Practice | Musculoskeletal (MSK)

Locations: Northern Brisbane (Strathpine) OR  Southern Brisbane (Beenleigh)

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + super, depending on experience, with achievable bonus opportunities

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of private practice MSK experience, with Australian physiotherapy experience essential.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Physiotherapist to join an established, supportive private practice team with locations across Northern and Southern Brisbane. This role offers a varied musculoskeletal caseload, strong referral relationships including top orthopaedic surgeons, upper limb specialist rehab and the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.

You'll work alongside experienced Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners and orthopaedic surgeons in a supportive environment that encourages clinical development and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private practice MSK caseload, including private patients, DVA, EPC, WorkCover QLD and surgeon-referred patients.
• Assess and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions including post-surgical upper limb rehab
• Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment and exercise rehabilitation programs.
• Liaise with orthopaedic surgeons, referrers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and rehabilitation.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and ongoing clinical development.

About You

We're looking for a confident, motivated Physiotherapist who can hit the ground running in a private practice environment.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of private practice MSK physiotherapy experience
• Previous Australian physiotherapy experience is essential.
• Demonstrated experience managing WorkCover QLD patients and liaising with referrers and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and patient management skills.
