Physiotherapist – MSK | Newcastle

Permanent, Full-Time | All Experience Levels & 2026 New Graduates Welcome

Are you looking to join a team where your clinical development is genuinely invested in? We're seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Newcastle clinic, working with a caseload that spans from general MSK, sporting populations, headache/migraine, whiplash, and persistent pain.

About the Role

• Mainly private patients, with some CTP and WorkCover caseload
• 1-hour initial consultations and 30-minute follow-ups, so you can actually spend time with your patients
• Work alongside a team with specific expertise in headache, migraine, concussion, whiplash, dizziness and persistent pain
• New graduates can start as a Physio Assistant while awaiting registration, so you can get started with us straight away

Salary & Benefits

• Up to 95K base + commission options for experienced clinicians. Earnings up to $120,000 + super. 
• Value of $20,000 + per year of in-house mentoring and clinical development
• $3,000 external CPD budget
• Fully funded McKenzie and Watson Headache training

About You

• Physiotherapists of all experience levels, including 2026 new graduates
• AHPRA registered Physiotherapist (or eligible for registration)
• Clinicians with an interest in headache, vestibular, or persistent pain caseloads (training provided)
• Someone who values mentorship, ongoing development and working within a collaborative team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
