What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 12 months' experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a hotel, healthcare, contract catering, restaurant, or similar environment
• Reliable, committed, and professional individuals
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Assisting chefs and kitchen staff as required
• Following health and safety and food hygiene procedures
• Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations
