Assistant to PM : Location = Algeria
Under the responsibility of Thales Project Manager, the assistant will achieve the following on site activities:
- Based in supplier premises
- Equipped with state-of-the-art office tools: laptop + internet + mail + mobile phone
- Local presence during customer meeting done with Thales Project Manager
- Responsible of MoM generation and Documentation exchanged with customer
- Local project management assistance activities / as per agreed plan with Thales project manager
- Permanent and close reporting to Thales Project Manager in France
- Site visits in Algeria when needed, monitor local progress and collect the reports
- Escalate to Thales project manager when needed
The assistant to Thales Project Manager will be trained by Thales in France – project scope and solution presentation: duration = 1 week
Required profile:
Computer science: Engineering School or University,
You have an experience of at least 1 year in project management (IT or software integration).
