We are currently assisting an organisation in their search for a proficient Internal IT Technician to join their dynamic team. As an Internal IT Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd line IT support within the organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to their ongoing digital transformation and cloud migration endeavors, ensuring a good experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective 1st and 2nd line IT support via the helpdesk and direct interactions in a primarily Microsoft environment
  • Repairing and maintaining hardware (e.g. printers, laptops, PCs, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Services Lead and Infrastructure Lead on various 3rd line tasks and projects.
  • Leverage your prior experience in 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, adeptly resolving diverse technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Maintain flexibility and a proactive attitude in tackling the range of IT challenges.
  • Display meticulous organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously or within a broader team.
  • Hold a valid driving license and possess a vehicle for fulfilling travel obligations linked to the role.
