This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful and well-established manufacturer that are experiencing excellent and prolonged growth. The company are expanding on a global scale and have been investing heavily in the South Wales facility and now require an additional 2 Project Engineers to support the growth of the business moving forward. They operate in a very secure industry, and you will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading improvement projects including CAPEX and Process Improvements.
• Providing Engineering Technical support utilising six sigma techniques.
• Looking at CAPEX proposals with the Head of Engineering.
• Managing and coordinating of equipment changes and improvement trials.
• Providing Engineering Technical support for new products, new processes, line extensions, continuous improvement initiatives and technical transfers.
• Writing and reviewing validation protocols to ensure projects are compliant.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• HNC qualified in relevant engineering discipline
• Previous experience working to GMP
• Six Sigma trained
• Pharmaceutical experience would be desirable

Salary & Benefits
