The Talent

• Experiences with implementation involvement in at least 1-2 project cycles
• At least 1 year of project management experience with hands-on experience in project implementation and vendor management in small to medium-scale projects
• Some experience in healthcare industry, preferably with broad understanding of healthcare business processes like patient administration and accounting
• At least 1-2 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements from end-users
• Solid understanding and hands on experience in all phases of project system development lifecycle
• Strong communication skills and end-user focused
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player to ensure team meets delivery targets
• Knowledge on SAP ISH (Industry Solution for Hospitals) or SAP FI/MM/HR (Financial / Materials Management / Human Resource)
• SAP IMG System configuration and customization
• Programming skills in SAP ABAP / 4 programming, ABAP Query, ALV reporting, SAPScripts and SmartForms, preferred
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

The Job

• Support the implementation of one or more Heathcare Application projects
• Develop good project management skills to achieve project objectives
• Develop sound understanding of business requirements and how effective information makes a difference in analysis and decision making
• Identify data and business gap within organization's information systems and perform analysis from the systems
• Require to prepare Users Requirement and Technical specifications / documentations
• Provide sound advice to users on the usage of healthcare domain business systems
• Participate in evaluation of vendor or package / product / data solution and recommend effective and cost-saving solutions
• Assist to review and evaluate on vendors' design and solutions
• Support positive project vendor relationships and resolve technical issues
• Help to conduct investigations of complaints and provide resolution actions
• Keep up-to-date and track technology in the area of expertise and provide / review recommendations
• Provide project progress reports on work tasks assigned
• Assist in testing where required and perform data / requirement resolution and patching
• Review and rationalize requirements (e.g. to avoid duplicate solutions for the requirements, or standardize it among the different institutions)
• Review and monitor daily jobs to ensure timely delivery of data
