Construction Manager NSW Transmission Line

About the role
This position sits within a lean project structure, reporting into Project Managers and Directors, and working closely with Supervisors and site teams. You will take ownership of on-site construction delivery across transmission line projects, in either NSW or Tasmania. You will engage with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to required standards.

Duties

• Lead site teams to deliver transmission line construction works
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors and daily site activities
• Drive safety, quality and performance across all site operations
• Report progress and manage communication with project stakeholders

Skill/experience

• Transmission line construction experience 
• Background in site leadership such as Site Manager or Construction Manager
• Strong knowledge of safety, construction delivery and crew management
• Ability to manage teams, communicate effectively and deliver to deadlines
• Cert III in Transmission Lines or trade background advantageous
