  • Monitor how campaigns are doing each day across email, social ads, web, etc.
  • Improve campaigns regularly to get more leads, better-quality leads, and higher conversion rates.
  • Fix any issues quickly when results drop such as low engagement or poor targeting.
  • Create and update dashboards so everyone can see leads, performance data and campaign activity.
  • Use data to suggest new ideas or improvements to make future campaigns perform better.

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B lead generation or digital/campaign marketing
  • Strong understanding of campaign management or marketing ops
  • Confidence working with data, dashboards and performance metrics
  • Good communication skills and ability to work closely with sales
  • Knowledge of the IT/tech sector is a big plus
  • Able to write or refine outreach and campaign messaging
  • Proactive, organised and detail‑focused
  • Someone who genuinely wants to grow within tech marketing
