Customer Service Coordinator – Warrington

Role Overview

  • Deliver proactive, high‑quality customer service and consistently meet key performance targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with export customers and distributors

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams

  • Manage the company’s administrative and order‑processing functions, driving ongoing improvements

  • Provide dependable administrative support to sales teams and managers, including literature requests, quote documentation, PFIs, and occasional customer quotations

  • Produce accurate and timely customer service KPI reports

  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of delivery details, VAT information, territory allocations, and other key data

  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations and tenders, ensuring deadlines and standards are met

  • Ensure all orders comply with company requirements, including valid purchase orders and upfront payment for cash‑in‑advance accounts

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an office‑based role

  • Background in customer‑facing positions, ideally with exposure to export processes

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under pressure

  • Ability to use initiative to resolve day‑to‑day issues effectively

  • Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
