A leading manufacturing company is looking to expand and bring in an Extrusion Operator to strengthen the team. The business is continuing to grow, investing a lot back into facilities, package details and offers lots of training/development opportunities including a 3-month training program. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated person with manufacturing experience to join a well-established team.
Role Description
• Maintain production of extrusion lines supporting Lead Operator
• Follow all H&S and hygiene rules
• Processing raw materials, de-bagging and following customer specifications
• Removing finished product, palletising and packaging accordingly
• Removal of waste product and manage correctly
• Record production and work on ways to improve/streamline process
• Assist with machine deep cleans
Skills and Qualifications
• Manufacturing experience is highly desired
• Working in a team environment
• Following H&S procedures
• Experience working to set KPIs
• Experience logging and managing production data
• Willingness to improve and develop
