A respected and fast‑growing organisation is seeking a skilled Site Services Engineer to support the performance, safety, and reliability of essential building services and equipment. With a wide variety of systems to maintain and a business that continues to expand, this role is ideal for a multiskilled engineer who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.

Role Overview

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a broad range of site equipment, including lighting, small power, dock levellers, and refrigeration plant.

  • Diagnose faults quickly and effectively, ensuring safe and compliant repair work.

  • Support the smooth running of site operations by responding to daily engineering needs.

  • Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to deliver a reliable and efficient service.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment performance and site infrastructure.

Skills and Experience

  • Completed trade apprenticeship with a minimum of 5 years’ practical industry experience.

  • NC or City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering.

  • Strong electrical and mechanical skill base with proven fault‑finding ability.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, “get the job done” approach.

  • Full clean driving licence.

Desirable Qualifications

  • C&G 2079 F‑Gas and ODS Regulations.

  • BS EN 378:2008.

  • BS 7671 18th Edition.

  • Counterbalance FLT licence and IPAF 3a/3b.
