A respected and fast‑growing organisation is seeking a skilled Site Services Engineer to support the performance, safety, and reliability of essential building services and equipment. Role Overview

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a broad range of site equipment, including lighting, small power, dock levellers, and refrigeration plant.

Diagnose faults quickly and effectively, ensuring safe and compliant repair work.

Support the smooth running of site operations by responding to daily engineering needs.

Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to deliver a reliable and efficient service.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment performance and site infrastructure.
Skills and Experience
-
Completed trade apprenticeship with a minimum of 5 years’ practical industry experience.

NC or City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering.

Strong electrical and mechanical skill base with proven fault‑finding ability.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, “get the job done” approach.

Full clean driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications

C&G 2079 F‑Gas and ODS Regulations.

BS EN 378:2008.
-
BS 7671 18th Edition.
-
Counterbalance FLT licence and IPAF 3a/3b.
