A Leading Manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their well-established Senior Management Team.

Role Description

• Implement and maintain quality policy, processes and guidelines   
• Support functional managers with quality requirements, including those from customers and stakeholders
• Develop Quality Strategy objectives and KPI’s  
• Implement and maintain an integrated management system to meet ISO 9001, 14001 and 4500
• Lead 8D and route cause analysis
• Identify areas of improvement across all aspects of the department/team/site and work to implement solutions
• Collaborate effectively with other department heads
• Have a strong understand of process flow manufacturing, and integrated quality management throughout
• Full management of team personnel. Looking after budgeting, training, development

Skills and Qualifications
• Over 3 years experience at Quality Manager level 
• Qualified ISO 9001 Auditor
• 3 years ISO 9001 experience, knowledge of 14001, 45001
• Route cause analysis and 8D
• Process capability
