EC&I Engineer – Winsford

The Role

• Maintain, fault‑find and repair electrical, control and instrumentation systems across the site

• Work with motors, drives, control panels, PLC‑based equipment and SCADA/HMI systems

• Calibrate, test and verify instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, level, weighers and analytical devices

• Support commissioning activities, loop checks, PID tuning and reliability improvements

• Record all work through the CMMS and operate safely under permits and LOTOTO procedures

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 apprenticeship/NVQ in Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation

• 18th Edition plus experience with PLCs/SCADA

• Strong industrial electrical fault‑finding background

• Instrumentation knowledge and confidence using calibration/test equipment

• Mitsubishi PLC experience is a strong advantage
