Our client is a leading offshore law firm, with a fantastic reputation for offshore funds transactions around the world. The firm’s Cayman office is one of it’s largest and is known for working with many of the largest private equity houses and investment managers to structure their funds and advise on downstream M&A transactions.
The team is seeking an additional associate who meets the following criteria:
- Qualified in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the UK with approximately 3-6PQE*;
- Demonstrable expertise in one or more of the following areas: hedge funds; investment funds; private equity funds; real estate funds; private equity secondaries;
- Experience gained in a top 30 funds practice; and
- A strong academic background.
