Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri, rota basis: Early 8 AM - 4 PM, Late 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM)
Pay: £14 per hour + holiday pay
Contract: Temporary (2-3 months)

Join our team providing specialised support to vulnerable adults with complex needs in the Southend area. You’ll manage a caseload, conduct comprehensive risk and needs assessments, respond to referrals promptly, and work with clients to develop personalised recovery plans. This role requires a compassionate, skilled professional capable of engaging clients who may have had challenging experiences with specialist services.
