Stafforce are delighted to be partnering with a well known housing provider locally based from their offices in Eastleigh, Hampshire whilst recruiting for a Communal Services Cleaner on a temporary to permanent basis. 

What you'll be doing? 

• Undertaking the cleaning or communal areas including stairwells and corridors of residential building. 
• Completing fire risk assessments routinely in the properties 
• Maintaining accurate records of stock and materials required for the day to day running of the role 
• Ad-hoc duties as required by the business 

What you'll bring to the role?

• A full UK drivers licence holder 
• Knowledge and experience on using cleaning chemicals and machinery 
• A proven background within cleaning commercially
