Senior Fundraiser (BBBH1032) Cheltenham, England
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Hospice Fundraiser to join our highly respected client in Cheltenham.
As Senior Hospice Fundraiser, you will report to the Head of Hospice Fundraising where you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a fundraising plan to support and deliver income in line with the charities local plans and aspirations. In order to increase engagement, loyalty and support of the charity, you will represent the charities fundraising across the local area.
Whilst working with colleagues and volunteers, part of your responsibility will be to lead, supervise and motivate a team of direct reports in order to achieve the annual income targets, within the expenditure levels.
What will make you right for the role is proven fundraising experience in one or more areas. This will include a track record of achieving fundraising growth and delivery income. You will have experience of the recruitment, management and motivation of staff and volunteers alike. An excellent networker, you will be brilliant at developing, nurturing and maintaining relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, within the local community.
The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent fundraising experience, will have evidence of continuing progressive development and ideally, would have a professional Fundraising qualification.
Salary £27k
