Salary: USD65000 - USD75000 per annum + bonus

My Client is a global premium, menswear retailer who is enjoying unprecedented success at the moment. With a major store opening programme underway , they are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney, who can not only quickly make an impact in the Store , but who have the drive and determination to quickly move up to manage the Store and beyond.


This high end premium menswear brand showcases collections that exudes personality and charm, and reflects an effortless, chic lifestyle.

Experience of premium or luxury store management is preferably.

And be responsible for; 

-Achieving and exceeding all qualitative and quantitative (KPI) targets for the store as
defined by the company. 

- Ensuring all procedures, processes and actions defined by the company are correctly
implemented 

- Recruitment, evaluation and motivation of the store staff. Creating a cohesive team that
works together to continually exceed the goals set 

- Staff training and development (products/procedures/sales techniques) 

- Setting and controlling all individual and store sales goals, KPI´s, tasks… taking
corrective action when necessary 

- Ensuring an accurate brand image, maintaining visual merchandising standards, maximizing
product rotation, ensuring best sellers management, conducting regular inventories, etc.
in store in line with the company standards 

- Be an effective people manager, who knows how to develop talent and be a strong
motivational leader

•PROFILE: 

- Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in fashion brands 
- Have a proven track record in a fashion-forward and customer-orientation 
- Proactive and hands-on manager 
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
- Commercially minded, can drive clientelling and be an exceptional brand ambassador
