OPERATIONS MANAGER WANTED FOR FLAGSHIP RETAILER
Location: Bicester
Salary: £33-40k + bonus
Job expectations:
-Oversee all back of house functions within this fast paced Flagship store. Lead
& develop the team to deliver the highest standards of Operational & Inventory
productivity, compliance & execution
-Drive store performance & profitability with a customer first culture
-Manage delivery processing & inventory flow, to increase sales & exceed delivery
processing KPI's
-Ensure deliveries are treated with priority & efficiently to avoid any loss of sales
-Partner with the Management team team to ensure daily replenishment requirements
are achieved & replenishment targets are exceeded
-Manage store supply requirements & expenses within agree budget
-Set high standards of housekeeping in all store support areas, create a behaviour
within the teams to maintain high standards
-Manage store opening, closing elements which relate to registers , cash
management efficiently to company guidelines, daily reconciliation
- Managing the shop floor when necessary
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a similar, fast paced, high volume stock driven environment
- Worked in at least £5m turnover stores
- Managed large teams and delivered operational excellence through effective
management
- Outlet,premium,luxury retail expereince or large flagship fashion retail experience
preferable
- Proactive, assertive approach to work, whilst always maintaining high
expectations of due diligence
- Motivational and coaching approach to Management
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Level headed, considered and mature approach to work
