A Global Marktech organisation is looking for a SALES MANAGER paying £35-40k OTE £85K.
This brand has grown over the pandemic, they have continued to grow, hire and work during this period – which is fantastic! Role is based in Bristol and is office based.
We are looking for a Dynamic, fast paced, driven, positive & success driven candidate.
What are we looking for? *VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING*
•You must have B2B Management experience
•You must have managed/coached a high performing Sales Team
•Experience working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
•Preferably technology experience, Martech experience, or from a service industry.
Full training will be given
Key Skills:
• Proven track record in managing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-
orientated outbound telesales team
• Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills
• A strong hands on manager who is able to coach and train their sales team
• Skillful objection handling techniques and ability to operate at all levels in an
organisation
• Strong communication skills, notably being able to explain value propositions to
identified key decision-makers
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of MS-Office tools, principally Outlook, PPT, Word and Excel.
• Results-driven and competitive in a team-working environment
• A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals
•Proven track record of success
