Job Role:
As Store Manager, you will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for delivering the commercial excellence of your store. You will be the role model for exceptional customer service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to exceed all KPI's. You'll combine your experience, commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brands and look to exceed targets year on year.
Experience necessary:
Previous experience working as a Store Manager an advantage, or if you are a standalone Assistant Manager/Supervisor who is ready for the next step
Managed within a fashion environment, or fast paced retail business
Commerciality is key- must be KPI driven and have a proven track record
Know how to drive sales through a team
Strong visual experience
Be an effective people manager, who knows how to develop talent and be a strong motivational leader
