We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Lead in Sydney to deliver secure SAP solutions in a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security design and implementation across S/4HANA, BTP, and integrated systems
• Define role design frameworks, access models, and Fiori Security best practices (catalogs, groups, launchpad)
• Oversee SAP GRC Access Controls (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), SAP IAS/IPS, and SAP IAG
• Manage SoD remediation, risk rule maintenance, controls monitoring, and audit readiness
• Champion security-by-design and lead audit engagements
• Manage a team of SAP Security Analysts and Consultants, including delivery from design through hypercare

About you:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Controls, SAP IAS/IPS, SAP IAG, and Fiori Security
• Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA security architecture and role design
• Proven ability to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
