SOUP FILLER OPERATIVE 

We are recruiting experienced Soup Filler Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing business in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established food producer supplying high-quality products to customers across the UK. The role would suit individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to maintaining excellent quality standards.

 Shift pattern / Working hours This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday; 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am 

Candidates must be able to work all three shifts on rotation. 

Start date / Duration Soup Filler Operative positions are available with immediate starts. These are ongoing opportunities with the potential to secure long-term employment. 

Job description As a Soup Filler Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are filled, packed, and checked to the highest standards. Duties will include;

• Operating and monitoring soup filling equipment
• Ensuring correct product weights and fill levels are maintained
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Reporting any equipment or product issues to supervisors
• Assisting with product changeovers and line set-ups
• Maintaining housekeeping standards within the production area
• Supporting wider production teams when required

The successful candidate: 

To be considered for the position of Soup Filler Operative you must;

• Have previous production or food manufacturing experience (preferred) ·

 Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be reliable with good timekeeping
• Be capable of following procedures and quality standards
• Be flexible to work rotating shifts
• Work effectively as part of a team
