PRODUCTION OPERATIVE 

We are recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing business in Grimsby Europarc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established employer that supplies high-quality food products to major retailers across the UK. Shift pattern / Working hours This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday; 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am 

Candidates must be able to work all three shifts on rotation. 

Start date / Duration Production Operative positions are available with immediate starts. These are ongoing opportunities with potential for long-term work for the right candidates. 

Job description As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in the manufacturing and packing of food products, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are always maintained.

Duties will include;

· Working on a fast-paced production line preparing and packing food products

· Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards 

· Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

· Operating production machinery and equipment following training

· Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

· Completing general production duties as required

· Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets

The successful candidate: 

To be considered for the position of Production Operative you must;

• Have previous experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food environment (preferred but not essential)
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Be flexible and able to work rotating shifts
• Be reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
• Have a good eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
