PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Working in partnership with an established food manufacturing business in the Elsham area, we are recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client. These roles offer excellent opportunities for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a busy food production environment, with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour.

Shift Pattern / Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00am – 5:30pm

Start Date / Duration the Production Operative role is a Temp to Perm position with immediate starts available. However, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.

Job Description As a Production Operative within this business, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation and production of high-quality pastry products. Day-to-day duties will include:

• Preparing ingredients and pastry products

• Assembling and decorating products to specification

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently

• Packing finished products ready for dispatch

• Carrying out quality checks

• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards

• Supporting production targets and daily operational requirements

The Successful Candidate To be considered for the position of Production Operative, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience desirable

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• A keen eye for detail and product quality

• A commitment to health and safety procedures

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Own transport is essential due to location
