MACHINE OPERATIVE

Working in partnership with an established food manufacturing business in the Elsham area, we are recruiting reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives. These roles offer excellent opportunities for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a growing production environment, with a pay rate of £13.04 per hour.

Shift Pattern / Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 6:00am – 2:00pm

Whilst this is primarily a Monday to Friday position, candidates must be willing to work occasional weekends during busy periods, including seasonal peaks and the Christmas period.

Start Date / Duration the Machine Operative role is a Temp to Perm position with immediate starts available. However, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.

Job Description as a Machine Operative, you will play an important role within the production team, ensuring machinery operates efficiently and products are manufactured to the highest standards. Day-to-day duties will include:

• Setting up and operating production machinery

• Monitoring machine performance and product quality

• Loading raw materials into production lines

• Packing finished products

• Palletising completed goods

• Completing production records and paperwork

• Maintaining hygiene, quality and food safety standards

The Successful Candidate To be considered for the position of Machine Operative, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous machine operating, food production or manufacturing experience preferred

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and develop

• Commitment to health and safety procedures

• Ability to work towards production targets

• Ability to lift up to 25kg when required

• Own transport is essential due to location
