Quality Administration Assistant
£25,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Office-based
We are currently seeking a Quality Administration Assistant to join our small, hands-on team. This is a varied role that would suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using computers in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration duties
Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages
Management of onsite documentation
Data input and maintenance of spreadsheets
Issuing quotations, reports, and documentation (full training provided)
Proofreading, issuing, and quality-checking documents and reports
Document transcribing
Compiling evidence, report writing, and document control
Skills & Experience Required:
Excellent computer skills
Previous office experience is essential
Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar, and communication skills
Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience within the Construction Industry
Experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role
As we are a small team, this role is very hands-on and varied, offering the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of administrative and quality-related tasks.
